No, not that I’ve noticed. I highly recommend a screen protector. The D2 uses Gorilla Glass, but you can’t exist
besides
rubber with a $600 telephone.

I’chiliad not totally certain but my belief is that it is the textile they are made of and weather or non it will hold up when it dries out. I had the protectors from VZW before the zagg shield and the corners ended upwards getting lint under them and they peeled upwards. I don’t think there is whatsoever adhesive on it because when you pull information technology off it leaves no sticky residuum and then i don’t believe it is the adhesive used but mainly the material.

The all-time screen protector is invisibleSHIELD. Its on the Dforums market, I accept one on my D1 and accept had no problems. It takes a lot of abuse with no scratching or flaring up.dancedroid

Virtually of the Zagg fans are usually best purchase shoppers who haven’t really shopped around for screen protectors. It’s the only premium protector that is easily available to pick up and purchase in a store exterior of cheaper variants or the stock offerings at Verizon. It’s convenient to get the Zagg since information technology’south not exactly hard to discover, so if you want it ~at present~ go for it.

I recommend personally the SGP crystal clear. Out of all the screen protectors I’ve seen, information technology’southward the simply i I’ve used that actually feels like the stock glass of the original phone. The Zagg I’ve seen tends to experience like a thicker slice of plastic that while I’yard certain will protect the phone well, really looks “hazy” on my friends Droid Ten, while besides feeling like your finger is only floating over the glass.

The SGP is similar, barely even there. It’southward so damn clear, and smoothen that you lot can still experience that cool glass feeling on your finger when you first utilize your phone in the morning. I dear this matter. It’due south pure quality.

Comes in a ultra-matte and crystal articulate variant. iPhone case in the video, but the screen is the same kind.

The SGP is like, barely fifty-fifty at that place. It’s and so damn clear, and smooth that y’all tin can still experience that cool drinking glass feeling on your finger when you commencement use your phone in the morning time. I love this thing. Information technology’s pure quality.

YouTube – SGP Screen Shield Comparison

I second that. The sgp is very good quality supposedly from nihon. It experience very overnice and las if nothings in that location. VEry like shooting fish in a barrel to install and remove bubbles.
The invisibleshield sucks. Information technology leaves an orange peel affect to the glass and a plastic feeling. Its thick and protects a lot ameliorate though. ORange skin look sucks and more than prone to bubbles.
I am using the sgp anti-glare.

and then we are tie at three for sgp and 3 for invisible shield.
I think when invisi shield used to offering lifetime warranty and they really ship yous new shield before manus. Yous must then send your old 1 for warranty to all the same exist valid to be active otherwise if nothing is sent back for verification purposed so your warranty is lost. Still a good deal if y’all wanted to catch two at toll of one and not return the scond. Now their lifetime warranty is crap where you must transport yours in offset with receipt. I guess a lot of folks abused this idea so they changed their warranty process.
