Ames has the reply. She has friends from the city that would dear to engagement someone as hunky as Palmer just at the same time she knows his new married woman would probably change her friendship with Palmer.

The story has romance, cowboys, and a happily ever after – all delivered in a clean, sweet plot. It is well written and I enjoyed reading it.

I enjoyed Palmer story. I have fallen in love with Sweetwater Ranch and can’t expect to read the rest of the stories. To give you a little heads up on this one. Palmer and Ames have been best friends for most of their lives. Palmer has received a letter that he can inherit 1 billion dollars if he marries half dozen months after visiting the attorney who sent him the letter. There are several catches to the letter.

When Palmer visits the lawyer he takes his best friend Ames with him. She sets out to find him a bride. A really cute volume that had me laughing at times and almost in tears at times because of the decisions they take to make and how they would affect anybody and not just Palmer.

Jay Dyess fabricated the volume fifty-fifty better. He puts his all into the story and using unlike voices that make it easy to identify who is talking. He does a wonderful job and is very easy to heed to. Makes the book more than enjoyable.

Jessie Gussman and Jay Dyess have done a wonderful job together to brand these some of the best books for us to enjoy.

I loved Palmer and Ames’ best friendship. 🙂 Seriously, this one was done and so well! I loved that they had known each other since school, nonetheless have been at that place for each other throughout the years, with him being her stone, home, and safety place. I loved how it takes seeing him with other women to make Ames realize her feelings for Palmer. Oh, and their chemical science? Information technology was off the charts yet thoroughly sweet and swoony and sigh-worthy. I definitely love the community, both the intrigue surrounding Louise’s past, the grandparents, and the people of Sugariness Water we get to run across. As ever, there are plenty of farm life anecdotes going around, and the love of the land is pretty much palpable. Seriously, now I desire to visit N Dakota and experience the vast blueish sky. 🙂

Jay is equally great as ever bringing to life all the characters and their voices (from kids to grandparents and male and female adults alike). Having listened to other of his (more than contempo) audiobooks I can understand when the writer said this was function of the commencement piece of work Jay did for her, merely not in a “he was bad at the commencement” kind of way, simply rather a “he was skillful when he started and has gotten even better with fourth dimension” way. Loved all the emotions he evoked and I tin’t await to listen to the balance of the series. 💕 ~ five+ stars!

This story was a lot of fun to read. It says so much virtually human nature that we retrieve that our partner in marriage cannot likewise be our best friend. Like getting married will ruin that friendship. Why is it that we retrieve that way? I really liked how the author explored that.

Ames is actually that strong, intelligent woman who loves adventure and wants it all. She has traveled a lot and has achieved almost challenge she attempts. She always constitute Due north Dakota to exist too repose and non-challenging for her. Just she keeps coming dorsum because it is home.

Palmer is a truthful rancher who just wants to stay put and enjoy the state that his ancestors lived on. He had a rough early childhood until he went to live with his grandparents on their subcontract. Their influence on him made him a confident and sincere man who knows what he wants in life.

It was fun to watch how they deal with their time to come.

I don’t pass out v star reviews like processed, but I felt that I had stepped into a existent setting with real people and real problems. Zilch felt manufactured in this story and the angst didn’t drag on and on.

The Billionaire part was hardly mentioned, which was fine with me. And all the farming/ranching jargon and situations felt existent. Like the author had lived it and knew what she was talking nearly!

I liked that church building-going was included. It was a part of the rural setting she created and she did

I liked that church-going was included. It was a part of the rural setting she created and she didn’t skip how important it was to the people in the story.

The side characters/townsfolk were well-fatigued and conceivable, even the slightly goofball ones 😉

Sweet romance

This book could have been and so much better if the writer had been challenged to add some intrigue. Information technology had several moments where the storyline could take taken the reader on a great adventure. Unfortunately, the author went back to square one and the book became a flake boring and very predictable. It was frustrating to deal with editing bug likewise. For example, a huge editing problem occured when Palmer is in the water kissing …. his niece? A expert editor would have caught the error

For example, a huge editing problem occured when Palmer is in the water kissing …. his niece? A good editor would have defenseless the fault in names and saved the reader some confusion. Overall, a sweet romance but a fleck middle school in its presentation. I may be incorrect, but I call up this author is capable of a much better presentation with the right direction.

This book was frustrating. I suppose that is exactly what budding love is though, peculiarly when it’south between a couple who want completely dissimilar things. Compromise isn’t always welcomed. A truly sweet romance about a rancher and an Olympic aureate winner who just happen to exist all-time friends. At present in this volume that kind of changes. What I liked was when Ames looked at Palmer it really was not a not bad time for her to realize her friend had turned into a hunk but things exercise pitter-patter up on a person. There is a bit of roller coaster ride for them, simply Palmer was so willing to give up things simply to exist with her. A Great kickoff to a new series past Jessie Gussman. I really had a hard time getting started on this book, just once I dug in, I enjoyed it immensely. A very interesting subject area was brought up in this book; Love Or selfishness resounds and the author handles it beautifully. It was like shooting fish in a barrel to feel that you were involved in all of the dynamics happening in this story of Ames and Palmer with their North Dakota roots. In that location is a lot to proceeds in this book or it could merely be a pleasant twenty-four hours of reading this
