I helped someone regarding the same.

Go here: https://play.google.com/settings
See if your device’s visibility condition is checked.

For the other person that I helped, didn’t had his device displaying there. So he did a complete mill reset and started over, and thereafter his device got enlisted.

Did you ever become this fixed? I take the exact same effect right now. Doing my head in as nothing seems to fix information technology.

A user contacted me for the same issue. After he reflashed the stock firmware and logged his Google account into his device, the consequence was resolved.

I am not sure if there is a particular cause for this, merely it seems to be an issue only caused on firmwares shipped out-of-the-box.

Read the first comment I fabricated at this thread. See if information technology helps.

Yes the phone is listed on Google Play settings but not in ADM or the beta signup page. I have tried everything I can find online to set up information technology. Clear data for a bunch of services, disable then enable remote flash, reboot, etc. Nothing has worked and it is really pissing me off now. Such a simple matter that should only piece of work but nope

Yep those are some of the links I found besides. Followed all the communication on how to fix it yet nothing seems to do the job.

I am tempted to wink an older stock paradigm onto the telephone and see if it is an result with the May update that is causing the issues.

Y’all might wanna requite a check to your Google account settings. Run into if you lot could notice something related.

So I signed up for a new Google account and logged in on the phone and it added information technology to the new account ADM instantly! Then it isn’t a problem with the phone merely something to do with my Google account. I accept posted a question to the Google Nexus product forum, hopefully I volition find a solution.

And so information technology isn’t a problem with the phone but something to do with my Google account. I have posted a question to the Google Nexus production forum, hopefully I will notice a solution.

I hope you do. Every few day, I see a new user with this trouble, so hopefully Google will look into it.

I’ve had the same consequence for months. It first started with my 6P, and so I got a Nexus ix and while using my main account there is no entry in device manager for it also.

For both devices other google accounts work fine, so I’m convinced it’s an issue tied to my primary google account. The just matter I can remember of is I’ve reached some sort of internal limit on the number of devices associated with an account, due to the high number of flashes over the years. I can live with using an boosted signed in account for device managing director, but it’s abrasive. I’ll be interested if anyone e’er finds a set up!
