  1. It’s now impossible to control music without unlocking telephone. Also every time I switch phone on now it tries to download great britain language and continues to effort until I manually abolish information technology.

Cheers! This has been bugging me all day ever since I start saw this and then realised information technology was (not) happening on my phone too since it upgraded to Android 12 yesterday evening. A bit of a hassle redoing all the settings for the several (11 to exist exact) audio media apps I employ which should have been unnecessary as it should take been picked up and resolved before rollout.

It needed all of the Force Stop, clearing cache *and* clearing data to go them to behave and show on the Lock Screen. Of course information technology is the last of these which is the pain as it loses your login details, settings, favourites etc unless the app has its own congenital in measures to baby-sit against that such every bit holding such information in a data file. The one I was actually dreading was Pockets Casts as rebuilding the huge backlogs of downloads from various podcasts is non something to exist tackled lightly. I am just simply recovering from having to do that from final year after changing to an Android telephone and needing a new podcatcher.

Fortunately Pockets Casts was one app that did demand giving the treatment.
